Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does it work?

A: You simply fill out our online application for a payday cash advance with the information requested. Once it is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation with the status of your application. Once approved, you will be asked to bring us a copy of the following: your last paycheck stub, your last bank statement, Drivers License and Social Security Card, and a personal check.

Q: Does Rapid Cash, LLC check my credit report?

A: No, we do not obtain a complete credit report. Unlike many other financial institutions, we do not require that you have good credit or, for that matter, any credit history at all. We do, however, subscribe to a risk assessment service. It tells us if customers are current in their payments to other businesses like ours and whether our customers have payday advances outstanding with other companies that subscribe to the same service.

Q: What are the qualifications?

A: The main qualifications are that your bank account must be in good standings (no more than two NSF in the last thirty days) and that the account has been open a minimum of 6 months. We also require that you have been on your current job for more than 6 months.

Q: Will I qualify if I already have an advance with another company?

A: No. Though we aim to help our customers in a time of financial need, we cannot offer advances to customers that owe money on another payday advance.

Q: Must I have direct deposit?

A: No. We rely upon direct deposit to help insure that funds are available on the Due Date of the agreement. If you do not have direct deposit you may apply in person in our office.

Q: How long will Rapid Cash, LLC advance me money?

A: We will advance funds until your next payday up to 14 days away, in some cases you may qualify for longer periods of time.

Q: How often am I allowed to use this service?

A: As long as your previous cash advance has been paid at least 24 hours you may apply for a new cash advance. Since a payday advance is a short-term solution to an immediate need, it is not intended for repeated use in carrying an individual from payday to payday. When an immediate need arises, we're here to help. But a payday advance is not a long-term solution for ongoing budget management. We only ask that you use your best judgement in chosing the remedy for your financial situation.

Q: How does Rapid Cash, LLC determine the amount of money to advance me?

A: State law generally regulates the maximum advance amount available to our customers. Within the allowed range, you qualify for a particular advance amount based on your current income. Sometimes we can't give you as much as you'd like, but Rapid Cash, LLC wants to be a part of your financial solution. We wouldn't really be helping if we advanced more than you have the ability to repay.

Q: How much will the Payday Loan cost me?

A: Our fees are the lowest in the industry, as low as $11 per $100 borrowed. You may also click here to see a chart of the fees and annual percentace rate of our payday loans.
