Do I need collateral to apply for a loan?

No collateral is necessary or accepted for our cash advance or installment loan product. Collateral is needed for our title loans and it must be a free and clear title registered in Florida.

Does it matter if I have bad credit or no credit?

For a cash advance, it does not matter if you have bad credit or no credit at all. Our loans are designed to help people in need of emergency credit, so we understand that you may have had credit troubles in the past.

What do I need to apply for a online loan?

All you need is to be employed or have proof of income, be a US citizen at least 18 years of age and have an active checking account. Members of the military and those who have recently filed for bankruptcy are not eligible for a loan.

This gives you the convenience you need to get your loan directly deposited into your bank account without leaving your home. What is a Cash Advance?

A cash advance (also known as a payday loan) is a short-term loan, often utilized to cover unexpected expenses. Cash advances usually incur a flat fee. These fees, along with your borrowed amount, are to be paid on your next pay day.

What are your fees?

Installment loan has a fee of 208% APR plus $5 verification fee.

Payday loan is 10% and $5 verification fees.

Auto Equity Loan is 30% APR up to $4000, 24% APR over $4000 up to $5000.

There are multiple reasons the bank verification step may not be successful. Below are the most common errors and tips for success:

What is Bank Verification and why do you need it?

Bank Verification is a quick and secure process that provides Rapid Cash with a read-only snapshot of your recent banking transactions to help us verify your identity and financial information. By logging in with your online banking credentials, Rapid Cash is able to process your application faster, getting you a decision as quickly as possible. Your information is secured by industry-standard protections by our partners and Rapid Cash will never be able to view your login credentials.

When will I receive my funds?

The receipt of your funds will vary based on the time at which your application was approved. You will receive an email notification once your loan is approved.

Monday through Thursday: If your application is approved before 3 pm* EST from Monday through Thursday, you can expect your funds the same business day.

Friday Before 3:00 p.m. EST: If your loan is approved before 3 pm* EST on Friday, you can expect your funds on Friday.

Friday after 3:00 p.m. through Sunday: If your loan is approved after 3 pm * EST on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday, you can expect your funds on Monday before the end of the business day. If your approval day or deposit day happens to be a bank holiday, please allow for 1 extra business day of processing.

The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post the ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you experience a delay, please reach out to your bank directly.

Do I need to send in any documents?

Proof-of-income is required prior to your application being approved, including:

  1. Valid Florida Driver’s License or ID. Color picture.
  2. Proof of income: last 2 paystubs if employed or an award letter if receiving benefits. PDF format for paystubs with your name and address, all hours and taxes.
  3. Bank statement in PDF format with your name and address.
  4. Routing and Account number screenshot or voided check or direct deposit form
  5. Selfie holding your ID. Color picture

Proof of income may include a government benefits award letter or a recent bank statement displaying regular deposits, paycheck stubs.

We work hard to offer you a quick and convenient process. Once your application is approved, funds are typically deposited in your account as soon as the same business day. The actual time it takes the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. You also have the option to pick up cash in the store.

I was denied because I’m not eligible on the state database. What do I do?

The laws of the State of Florida do not allow a consumer to have more than one transaction outstanding at the same time and require that a consumer wait at least 24 hours after closing a transaction before opening a new one.
